PRICING:
In the unlikely event of a pricing, feature, or configuration error, CustomGuitarGear.com reserves the right to cancel an order.
SALES TAX:
Only applicable to Pennsylvania residents @ 6%
SHIPPING:
Items that include free shipping are figured Ground shipping or USPS Priority Mail. Free Shipping, where applicable, is available to the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii, in most cases.
CustomGuitarGear.com reserves the right to use alternate shipping methods under the free shipping promotion.
International Shipping: is available to most countries, and Flat Rate Shipping is available depending on the item and where it is going. If you add your selected item to the shopping cart, you will see the various International Shipping options.
Existing Shipping Rates:
Domestic: Free Ground, in most cases.
Domestic Shipping on Books: Flat $5.00
International Shipping (Pedals & Small Accessories): Flat $35.00 USPS Priority International
International Customs / Import Fees: We will not be responsible for any International Customs fees of any kind.
Shipping Time Frame :
We specialize in Custom Guitar products. Most are shipped right away. Some items are built to order and may take several weeks for delivery, depending on availability and what is ordered.
WARRANTY:
All items are covered under the individual manufacturer's warranty. Items in need of repair either under warranty or otherwise, should be returned direct to the respective Manufacturer. We are happy to assist you to make this as easy as possible.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
We want you to love your new addition!! Custom Guitar Gear must be notified of a return within 48 hours of delivery, on select items such as Amplifiers.
All returned items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item.
Depending on the product and the situation, a restocking fee may apply.
Please allow 10-14 days for refunds to be processed.
Custom Orders (custom colors, custom features, custom electronics) cannot be returned. Custom Ordered Amplifiers cannot be returned
Tubes are not returnable, unless they are defective from the factory or unopened.
The Customer is required to contact CustomGuitarGear.com, prior to returning an item for return authorization, if applicable
Please include a copy of your original receipt with your return.
Item must be returned in original product box, and then placed in an appropriate shipping box.
Contact us directly for appropriate shipping address.
Customer is responsible for shipping & insurance costs to return an item.
CustomGuitarGear.com will not be responsible for lost or damaged items in a return transaction.
Fraudulent Orders or Activity Fraudulent activity of any kind will not be tolerated on this web site. Any fraudulent activity will be promptly reported to the authorities, and we will prosecute to the fullest extent.
